Heya all,

I am trying to get the 'Search Files' module to work with my Drupal installation. The module (6.x-2.x) seems to have installed fine. But I think my issue is with the 'Helper Apps'. I am in a shared hosting environment (GoDaddy) and it doesn't seem to be using the copy of "pdftotext" which I copied over to the /cgi directory (and set the path accordingly in the settings)...

Does anyone have any advice or know of any references that I could use to get this system working? Unfortunately searching the pdf's on the site will be a major concern.

PS - Or another system/configuration/module that would give me the same results would be fine too! :)

Were you able to get this to work? I am trying to do the same thing and also have a GoDaddy shared environment.
