Hi all,

Is there a way to create a navigation system like Yahoo! Directory (see screenshot here http://www.nuchinese.com/screenshot.jpg) whereby EVERY PAGE has the taxonomy-based navigation on the top of the page? (Instead of accessing it from the menu).
