Reversing the condition which triggers disabling securepages module. Disable is now done by specific exclusion rather than specific inclusion. This prevents possibility of arbitrary disabling of securepages for the most important domains. Module text updated to reflect this as well.
To put these changes another way:
The securepages module will now only be disabled for domains specifically added to the securepages_disabler settings page. This was the opposite of before, where the settings page domains were supposed to be for domains that one wanted to keep securepages *enabled* for. This ensures a strict safety net for the sites that one wants to make sure surepages/SSL is operating for.
