After contact Drupal Hispano(DH) administrators and develCuy from drupal-contrib.org we decided we want to use DH to core traslation and drupal-contrib to contributed modules traslations.
So, maybe is a good idea to reference l10n.drupal-contrib.org on l10n_server project page.
A note about this is in both portals first page.

gábor hojtsyWhy would you split efforts, when one of the great advanced with l10n_server is that you can share translations among core and contrib. Eg. you will not need to translate "Operations" and "Home" multiple times with contrib and core? I don't get why is this good.

psicomante commentedi totally agree with Gábor Hojtsy. The only issue is the translation of Home, that in many languages (as like as View or other terms) can be translated in different ways.
View as Verb (in italian "mostra")
View as noun (in italian "vista")
I think Spanish has the same problems. But it's not a l10n_server problem, but a Drupal / gettext problem :)

gábor hojtsyOnce people import the actual core and contrib translations to Drupal sites, Drupal will only allow one translation per string, so it is futile to set up multiple servers to be able to translate certain words differently. It will not work once in practice on a Drupal site. I am doubtful this was the intention to set up two sites.

jose reyero commented@Gabor,
Though I agree about the effort duplication, there are some other practical considerations, like the need to keep the 2000+ drupal contrib modules up to date and post the translations to its corresponding module.
So, after we didn't find anyone willing to commit to that work on Drupal Hispano, it seems some people are willing to do it on their own site. Also we wanted to focus on Drupal core translation and keep some higher standards for it (all strings go through some review process before they're added to the pack)
Thus we are ok with having the core translation done in one site (l10n.drupal.org.es) and the contrib modules on this other one (which we are linking from the community site).

develcuy commentedI started l10n.drupal-contrib.org to help l10n.drupal.org.es and other weak translation communities(sorry if sounds crude). The ideal is to have everything translated in same server, but "official" Spanish community handles only the Core, imagine having contrib packages there!
And this is not a recent idea, l10n.drupal-contrib.org is up & running several months ago by "itself", so, why not have this listed here?
Perhaps you can say to us: "Nop, everything should be in one server" but that is very hard to occur in the near future as exposed by @Jose A Reyero.
Blessings!

gábor hojtsyWhile I am not happy about what I hear, I've updated http://drupal.org/project/l10n_server to include both servers for Spanish with notes on which one is for which area.
