I am using imagecache on drupal 5.x-2.1, the imagecache preset for the user avatar was deleted. Now the avatar image is not displaying. I have created another preset under the same name (however, I noticed the preset IDs were different) nevertheless, the images are still not displaying.

I would like some assistance in fixing the problem.
