Click on one of the pager items in the second row and the read more links are incorrect. If you let it get there naturally (by waiting) it's fine.

I may go live with the site soon, in which case I'll have to remove the pager.

Can confirm the bug: Also happens in FF and other browsers

For some reason not all slide tags get display:none using a custom pager

Can you try to add display:none to the following CSS statement in the CCS file of the dynamic display block theme:

div.ddblock-cycle-[DDBLOCK_THEME_NAME] div.slide {
}
