This error was appeared when I clicked Tool tab on site building of my Drupal installation (http://mydomain/admin/build/views). The error just like this:

Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/mydomain/public_html/includes/form.inc on line 978

Please give me any information to get out from this problem.

Is this still an issue for you? Upgrading to a later version may fix it...
