is it possible to use Goals in Piwik?
I want to setup some for Newsletter signup and registration.
But after user/register and filling out the application, Drupal forwards to /
Can I forward to registration-successfully.html or something like that?

You can change how forms get redirected via the Form API. The handbook page on Redirecting Users After Submitting a Form in Drupal 5 explains the basics. One of these thread might also be helpful.
