While connecting with client to dav directory, i see a folder "index.php"

Issue Summary

I configured the servers settings as in dav1.png,

so i tried to connect with a client (konqueror), i connected with a user, and i see "index.php"

Then i tried with cadaver (command line) and i could not connect :

Authentication required for xxxxx on server `mandrivafr.org':
Username: drupadmin
Password:
Could not access /dav/ (not WebDAV-enabled?):
Did not find a collection resource.
Connection to `mandrivafr.org' closed.

What did i miss ?
