Today I published http://www.campingsanfrancesco.com.
It is a conversion of the former static site to drupal.

It makes use of the i18n module and simplenews.module.
I maintained the booking and contact forms which are used in the old site and integrated them in dupal

Point of interest may be the map.module which is in early development.

Hello Jos,

I give up. How did you do it? It's nice to see a map generated not using google. Is it available yet to play with, or will you make us all wait!? Nicely done.

It is not yet ready to release it in the wild. I'm afraid you have to wait. The user interface needs to be worked out in a more user friendly way.

great idea. especially since google maps in europe (or for that matter anywhere else then north america) are not that detailed yet.
I assume this module will be 100% independent of any API and allows any kind of image map input. if so I would give it a 2thumbsUP.
hopefully you keep us posted on your development and maybe you will even let us play around with the code. ;)

Looking forward to this being released. A user friendly alternative to Google maps would be most welcome!
