Hi,

I am learning drupal these days and trying to build a website like www.craigslist.com for practicing. The website first let user to choose their location, and then choose the information category.

My question is what is the correct way to do this? It seems to me that I should use taxonomy. However, I will have two vocabularies :
1) location (US->California->Bay Area ...)
2) information category ( For Sale -> car/trucks )

How should I correlate these two ? or How could I let the visitors first select their location then select the information category ?

Hello Foredoc,
Are just going to do california or are you going to do the entire planet.
anyway, use california as the taxonomy and for sale as the vocabulary
and car/trucks as the children of for sale. use CCK AND VIEWS 2.
Foredoc i dont mean to discourage you but this may take some time to make.
look at this website (http://ziark.com) it took 6months.
