Are emails sent out on only updated content, or when new content is published as well? I just noticed the emails that are sent out say:

| notifies you of an updated post:

Also, where can you change the content of these emails being sent out?

Well I don't have that module, but what I was asking was if this means that people are only notified when content is updated? Or if they are really notified when new content is created?

New content always generates notifications; updates and comments optionally, depending on the Subscriptions settings.

What keeps you from just creating a new node and checking what you get?
