Many of my users at www.dansktennis.dk get a validation error, when trying to write in the shoutbox. I have never gotten an error and several others can write without problems (some experience a lag of hours from when they post to they can see their post (not using moderation), but I can see it immediately).

Has anyone got any idea how I can overcome this problem? I really want to use this module, as there is no real alternative tagwall alternative out there - only chat modules.

I've got the same problem. My solution is clearing cache. But this is only temporary solution. I'm still finding stable solution of this problem.

I happened to have a meltdown today that prompted me to enable block caching which I didn't previously have on. Once it was enabled I instantly started getting complaints that the shout box was throwing errors. Once I disabled block cache everything seemed to go back to normal. Hope that helps!

I was having the same problem as listed above in the block but not the shout archive. Disabling the block cache in Site Configuration/Performance worked for me, thank you!!
