It would be nice to be able to have more than one blocks with different settings in each one. This would provide us the chance to display diffent times at different regions.

Yes, I would also say that would be a nice feature to have. If, for example, I have a page showing content on Afghanistan I would like to show the time in Afghanistan. If the page had content on Japan, I would like to show the time in Japan - all from the same block, if possible, just using php to determine what time to display (if - then conditional statements). If setting it up from the same block is not possible, then the ability to create multiple blocks would be my next request.

I'd say generating blocks could be too much overkill for this module. It could provide a simple input filter that could be added to any content, be it a node or a block.
Makes sense?

Your idea to use FILTERS sounds very tempting.

I imagine having a location or a story related to a location, and could then create a filter code, like GMAP MACRO or Interwiki, giving the location name or a timezone. The output would be the corresponding time.

Additionally, it would be great to have a list of locations, were the forst would be kind of reference location (users location) and the the rest would have an additional column showing the time difference in hours in relation to the main location.
