conflict with redeclaration of date_token_list()

Hello,

would like to report a bug. It seems pathauto is conflicting with the date module or somthing similar...
i'm not a familliar to coding so... take it in account :)

i get this when accessing admin/settings/pathauto after installing the module:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare date_token_list() (previously declared in /web/sites/vhbu3/1/235/110257/public/www/sites/all/modules/date/date/date.module:451) in /web/sites/vhbu3/1/235/110257/public/www/sites/all/modules/token/token_cck.inc on line 226

i've hadthis on 2 different installations, but one where i installed pathauto first is working fine, so maybe it means i have to install pathauto first of anything to make it work properly?
