Can (are already) CCK ImageField filenames be included in the search

CCK ImageField filenames seem not to be included in the search.
Q: Is this so ?
Q: Is there are way to search on the image filenames ?
BTW Often the owning node of the CCK ImageField has a title that is different from the ImageField filename.
Want to use this in combination with Search 404 module to catch Page Not Found errors from old images on an old JSP site.
