I'm not quite understand, but I've three roles to which I want to user be able to apply, but this user see only application for one role (even there is multiple roles set).
I was looking for this option, but I couldn't find.

I've selected three roles in settings `Select the roles that users will be able to apply for.`
What else I need to change?

This would be a critical bug. I can't duplicate it. Is it possible that your test user already has the other 2 roles? Or has already applied for those 2 roles? Users don't see the roles they have or have applied for.
