Updated from 5.x-1.8 to 5.x-1.10, but site still thinks it's on 1.8

Issue Summary

Thank you for your work on this module. I use it in two drupal sites. I updated one and it works fine, but the second site is still nagging me to update to 5.x-1.10, even though I've done it several times already.

I'm on Drupal 5.15 using PHP 4.4.8 and MySQL 4.1.22

Any idea what's going on?
