The attached patch provides basic support for ImageCache.

I haven't tested it extensively, but it's working well on my own projects and thought I would put it in the wild to see if it can be improved or perhaps merged with the project.

The code builds a list of display options based on existing ImageCache presets.

There's a patch worked based on this, but provides full support, i.e. , image only / link to node / link to image, etc, so I'll close this as a duplicate. Further discussion can go to #414484: Image cache does not work when drupal is installed in subdirectory
