What's wrong?

I use Drupal 5.14. My previous setting works fine. But after moving to new Notebook now I cant upload any image. :(

My previous config:
1. Windows XP SP4
2. Apache 2.2.6
3. PHP 5.2.5
4. MySQL 5.0.45

My current config:
1. Windows Vista SP1
2. Xampp Lite 1.7.0 which consists of
- Apache 2.2.11
- PHP 5.2.8
- MySQL 5.1.30

Modules I used:
1. ubercart-5.x-1.6
2. imagecache-5.x-2.2

Before this I could upload an image for products. Now the upload still goes but nothing displayed. No error though.

Is is something on setting or what? Anyone could help? Thanks.
