When a bidder submit a price more than first bidder, he can see a message informing you are not high bidder and it displays first bidders price as high bid which is less than second bidders price

I can't replicate this behavior. Could you try downloading the latest release and see if it's still happening?
If it is, could you walk me through the steps you're taking that's leading to this?

yes, I tried by downloading latest release. It works. Sorry for wasting your time and thank you very much for replying. Now I have a problem, if someone won an auction by submitting price which is lower than sell price, he has to pay sell price when buying it. And also, when we do not enable buy now functionality, we can see add to cart button. What are the reasons for these things?
