Default post a tweet value is broken

Upon doing a blogpost and tweeting about it the default
values the module proposes for a tweet is :

New post: !title (!url)

Which results in something tinyurl doesn't really translate well..

As you can see in this tweet

Removing the brackets in the default value might save some people a wrong url in their twits ;)
