The points shall be awarded for active referrals.

Issue Summary

Hi,
The description says:
"Only active users are counted in referrals. Blocked users, or users not yet approved by the administrator are not counted in referrals."

I think it is very useful to go further to refine this tool - No need to give points to the user for referrals. The points shall be awarded to the user as percentage of the points given to the referral for his activity. Thus no phantom referrals will be counted, only active referrals.
Let's say for posting a comment any user, including the referral gets 5 points and the user who referred him gets 1 point.
It should work nicely. It looks like Multi Level Marketing :)
