HEAD dev release node problem for CAPTCHA module

This issue is like almost identical to #351615: Delete redundant HEAD release of aurora,
but for the HEAD dev release node of the CAPTCHA module at http://drupal.org/node/94922

The release node points at HEAD and was created in the Drupal 4.x-era (2005)
The code in HEAD is now Drupal 6 code, but I can't set the core compatibility (see screenshot).

Further info:
As there is already a DRUPAL-6--1 branch, HEAD is meant to be 6.x-2.x-dev for the moment (HEAD will be branched to DRUPAL-6--2 when Drupal 7 development kicks in). There is already a DRUPAL-6--2-0-BETA1 tag on the HEAD branch for example.
