How to make comments plaintext only?

I need the default format on my site to be full HTML, as that's what all of our authors use for content. However, comments can be added by anyone, and thus I would really like these to be plaintext only. Is there a simple way to do this? A code-hack would be ok.

You could probably use the http://drupal.org/project/filter_default module to set the input format however you like for the anonymous role or to whatever role these others users belong.
