Thanks for your works,It's a great feature for drupal and I'd like do something for it.

My question:

1.How to map the filed of outlook automatically,and how to map custome fields with some intelligence function ?such as nameofmyfriends to first name...as I know the MS DTS can do it almost automatically.

2.I used import funcation to upload a CSV file,It reported errors,I checked and found it depend on utf8 decoding(my csv include some other character)

3.import/export and synchronization function is my destination ,I need your help and pleasure to help you do some works.
