Sessions, contribution, connection, and Early Bird savings until 8 June.I spent a long time today trying to figure out why I was able as a user with correct permission settings to post a thread in a forum, and get confirmation for posting the thread, but also get an Access Denied.
I thought it was a forum access issue, but removing the forum access issue did not solve the problem. When I got rid of simple access, this solved the problem. Simple installing the simple access module breaks the forums

Note, i get this before and after I rebuild the permissions when installing simpleaccess

gordon commentedCan you please enable the devel node access module to look at the node access block. this will tell you what permissions the node has been given.
