Bounty- Making a View work in OG using OG Vocab and Panels and Views

Using 5.12 Drupal

The problem can be viewed by looking on http://frudea.com/frudeacom-fruition-community . On this Organic Group page there is a block labeled Categories.

What I need:
View that lists all of the taxonomy terms created once. Ie. If 3 of content pieces are created using Next Actions tag. I need a link Next Actions (3) that will take the user to a view if all of the content tagged Next Actions created in the Group.

What I have:
I made that by creating a list view with Node Title as the field. Also tried to group the term names with the argument option of 0 in the views. The view is created the way I would like but the links do not take me to the view. You can see the result by going to the page.
