I also get the same error, and I can't get any documentation to resolve this.

I looked at the file and found out the line 1872 refers to the mailboxes.
I manually created the folders Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Junk and Trash
and the error was gone.
Did I (a noob) or my system (D6.9, php 5.2, MySQL 4.1) missed something out in the installation?
Or the module was not yet designed to automatically create those folders?
It will be cumbersome to manually create these folders for each of my user, so please help.
This module has a lot of potential needs, please help in the development.
I will be glad to help even in little ways that I can.
The documentation would be a good place to start with.

Where did you create the mail boxes? I tried /sites/example.com/files/webmail_plus/1/ to fix other errors but it did nothing. If someone had a working system we could look at then it would help decipher some of these problems.
