Patch for list of Feeds in Profile

This patch adds the feed list to the user profile account page. It adds a tab which displays the same data as the admin/conent/feed page only filter for the user. It also adds a setting to admin/settings/feedapi to customize the name of the tag in the user account page. I initially was going to create a new module, but I needed to change the links at the end of each row. Now they use the destination of the requesting url instead of going directly to admin/settings/feedapi.

This patch makes the management of the feeds much easier for the users.
