I'm newbie but is possible to add new fields to the nodes?..

For Example:

Author OK
Date OK
But I would like to create 2 new fields like:
Group of the Node
Flag

anybody knows where I can get info about it?

Just add them in the appropriate content type (e.g. article or story).

You'll need Content Construction Kit (CCK). http://drupal.org/project/cck

One of the key modules for Drupal, along with Views module I would say.

CCK offers "some" default fields however there are a plethora of field addon modules in the CCK category of downloads : http://drupal.org/project/Modules/category/88
