Have a Tag in my CVS tortoise repository that i wanted to remove, when i select CVS tortoise "remove existing tag". it doesn't completely remove from
repository. i have also tried from command line
cvs rtag -d

also i wanted to find out how to make existing tag or branch a read only, so nothing is commit to them
