The title says it all, are there any plans on supporting this module for Drupal6?
Thanks,

wilgrace CreditAttribution: wilgrace commentedThis is a massively useful module - I have brand clients posting creative Briefs, and then users posting Pitches in response. This module allows me to restrict access to the Pitches to just the client and user, otherwise everyone could see the Pitches and steal ideas. The whole site hangs on this functionality, and this is the only module that does it.
Would love to upgrade the whole site to 6.0 sometime, so godspeed development.

mlncn CreditAttribution: mlncn commentedI'm tying upgrading Node Relativity Access Control to 6 to the upgrade of Node Relativity to 6.x-3.x. If people can help out there first, and then reactivate this issue when the time is right.
Thanks!

oda CreditAttribution: oda commentedHi, I upgraded Node Relativity Access (attached) using deadwood and changing some tables names. I could not create a patch due to some line breaks issues, sorry :P
IMPORTANT: It has not been extensively tested, be careful.
I'm considering to write a module that just give a node the same permissions of its parent(s). So, the userreference magic can be done by nodeaccess. I think that this approch should be used in the next version of this module.
Thanks!

mlncn CreditAttribution: mlncn commentedAwesome, Oda!! Which version of Node Relativity is it tied to?
I'm very swamped at the moment but I encourage those this could help to test Oda's tarball and report back and even contribute it as a patch if it works or works with a few changes.

oda CreditAttribution: oda commentedBenjamin, sorry, it is tied to relativity-6.x-1.2.

oda CreditAttribution: oda commentedHi!
I'm attaching a new module. It propagates the node grants to its descendants. It can be used with any other access module, just enable and select the content types that will inherit the ancestors' grants at /admin/settings/relativity/propagation.
It's not complete, it needs to be tested and although it's functional, use with caution.
If anybody wants to help, there is a small TODO list at the beginning of the module. I'll really appreciate any suggestions, bug reports, opinions, etc. If anyone needs help to install and use this module, just let me know.
It was tested on Drupal 6.15 with relativity-6.x-1.2.
Benjamin, your module and this one have the same proposes. So, I think that will be great if you decide to adopt my module and maybe release it as the 6.x version of yours. What do you think? I can help you to maintain it.

mlncn CreditAttribution: mlncn commentedHello Oda!
Do you have a CVS account? I will add you as a comaintainer.

oda CreditAttribution: oda commentedHi Benjamin!
No, I don't have an account yet. I will apply for one - I'll put this issue as my Motivation, should be enough.

apadernoI approved oda's application, and granted him CVS access to this project.

oda CreditAttribution: oda commentedHi Benjamin!
Ok, now we are working together ;)
Did you read/test the new module? What do you think? We can rename it (or rename our project - can this be done?) and add it to CVS.
Right know I'm using it with access.module and it's working fine. I tried to add and remove permissions of parents and children, force circular relations, etc, and I had no problems.

oda CreditAttribution: oda commentedI released the Drupal 6 version of relativity_access and I edited the project page.
Benjamin, will you support the version 5? Or should we mark it as unsupported?
