ok, nice idea to have the possibility to choose and adminiser themes for users and admin of civicrm , but i have to buid mine or I could find at least 2 themees to switch and see how to build them?

I think you're asking for different themes to switch between? If that's the case, this module switches between Drupal themes, so there is a wide selection of themes to choose from. This module is not for a theme within the CiviCRM layer.
