I'm having a weird problem where my threads under a group forum arent showing up... some the first one or 2 will show, but then they stop displaying new one. This is both in the forums and on the group page.
My standard forums might be working fine. I think it might have something to do w/ advanced forum. If I turn adv forum off... it will post any new threads... but still wont show old ones.

that0n3guy commentedw/ advanced forum on, User1 can post and it will show up for all users w/ permissions/in group
If regular authenticated user posts... it wont show up (even for user1) but shows its there in the thread count... and is listed in content.

Anonymous (not verified) commentedThanks for your bug report.
Would you disable all your modules except OG (& Views) and OG Forum and let me know if you have any problems.
Then introduce other OG affiliated modules (individually where possible) and again let me know if you have any problems.
Would you also give me the complete list of contributed modules you currently have active on the site .
Thanks Paul

that0n3guy commentedI also posted a bug over at the adv forum issue section: http://drupal.org/node/359889
I am using acquia drupal with all the default modules on as well as privatemsg, og, og_forum, devel, drush, invite, messaging, notifications, bueditor, and imce.
I can get it to work fine without adv forum enabled. So it definitely seems to be a adv forum thing.
I hate the look of forums (and most of my users do also) so I cant live w/ out it. So for now I have og_forum off.

Anonymous (not verified) commentedThis looks to be a problem of coexistence of OG Forum with Advanced Forum so i will postpone looking at this until we have an official release.

Clarification: Does this mean an official release of OG Forum or an official release of Advanced Forum? (The later is getting close as of this writing, the version numbering has gone into release candidate mode). If OG Forum, which release?
