I am using gmap et al to create google maps of user reported information, sorted by terms. It's all working great (thanks so much for the work on this!). I've no trouble figuring out Views to produce a google bubble with various information... Title, link, lat/long, when the marker is clicked...
But the thing I just can't figure out is how to get a photo into that bubble. I tried a cck field with an html link. I tried a gallery module link..., I know it can be done... Can someone give me a hint?
Thanks very much!

sjf commentedYou'll need imagefield (which is dependent on filefield and imageapi). Imagecache is a great option for resizing the photo to fit the bubble too.

Toddv commentedPerfect. Thanks very much. Never would of figured that one out...
In case anyone else finds it helpful I
-added the suggested modules
-added a cck field of type=image to my existing content type which I'm already using to produce the gmap view
-Edit the view, adding field content "photo"
It works-
Again, thanks

nipsy commentedDude, that looks GREAT!
I'mm having some major problems doing the exact same thing for the Clearwater Forest, reporting clearcuts and documenting wildlife. Really feeling discouraged and stuck. I'd love to post the site name, but the last time I did that I got six months of hellish hacking attempts from Russian IP addresses. I would be very grateful for any tutorials that helped you along. Cheers!
