dwwDo you have views enabled?
If so, you can just disable the two views that provide that tab.
If you don't, tee hee, there's no way to turn this off. ;)

duckjerk commentedHmm well thats no good. See the only registered users on the site our staff members of our church. I have it so anonymous users can see users personal contact forms and having that extra tab up there might make it confusing for our users since it is nothing for them. What about in the code? Is there anything I can remove to have that not show up?
dwwI can't help you until you answer my question in #1.
duckjerk commentedI have those 2 views disabled and it seems to be working now, I must have been viewing them as user number 1.

dwwOk, great -- glad your particular problem is resolved.
Side note: if you have a support request marked "needs more info" and you provide the info, it's more kind to a module maintainer to set the issue back to "active". If you solve your problem, you should set it to "fixed"...
But, there's still the question of making it possible to turn these tabs off if you don't have views, which would require a new setting. However, I'm not sure how far I'm going to go with supporting the non-views case. I probably should have just made views a requirement in D6... But, I'll leave this open for a little while to gather input, but I might just set this feature request to "won't fix".
Cheers,
-Derek

fehin commentedI have the 5.x-2.7 version that I downloaded February 7th and I have been trying to remove the tab too. My three signup views are disabled yet the tab is still showing. I'm not sure what version your patch above was applied to so please help. Thanks.

dwwIt was committed to the DRUPAL-5--2 CVS branch after 5.x-2.7 was tagged. So the fix is either available in 5.x-2.x-dev or you need to wait for 5.x-2.8.
