Issue Summary

Currently ELF only supports the HTTP protocol. Other possible protocols are HTTPS, FTP, etc.

Added and committed.

ELF now supports HTTPS and FTP protocols as well. More protocols may be added in the future by simply expanding the $protocols array containing all allowed protocols in elf_replace().
