Function "Remember me" not works on my site. I look cookies and find, what cookie PHPSESSID still sets for end of session, though "remember me" checked.

I found a lot of messages about 'remember me' and cookies on forums, but not find answer for my situation :(

Is any progress being made on this bug?

I don't know about anyone else, but I have a site with almost 1500 users, and this one is a show-stopper; I've got to stick with 4.2 until it's fixed. No way I'll be able to deal with the hundreds of people that are going to get POd that they're constantly being logged out. Half of them will be clicking the "new password" button every couple of days, and the other half will be emailing me complaints that they're being logged out.

I seem to remember this being a problem prior to the 4.0 release as well, too bad to see it crop up again...

Users log in, change page and then are logged out again. Refeshing the browser appears to fix it temporarily so that they can post. Other threads on drupal.org have not produced a solution. Also the 'remember me' checkbox appears to have disappeared.
