Hi ,
I am new to Drupal. Site looks Great. I try to create Job portal in D6. I do not know how to create separate register form for Employers & Job Seeker. Can you please help me.

Can you tell which theme are you using (or is your design based on)?
And which version of job search module are you using (if 6.x, is it safe?)

Lot more can be done
Lot more needs to be done on theming side. You probably also need a fresh design
