Hi Merc, a few people have asked about some form of notification other than email. We can do this with Rules. My current plan is to fire a Drupal system message when the user logs in. This event will have a conditional statement that check if the logged user has a pending status, meaning there' requests pending the user needs to take action on. Then, In the system message we can put a link to the management page of the requests.

The issue: Somehow when you select "User has logged in" as an Event in a new rule, conditions for friendlist are not exposed. If we can make it so they are shown, we can do what I mentioned above. It would be a good solution for people. Could you look at that and see what is missing?

Let me know if I'm not clear enough.

Regards,

Marius

This is what Rules mentions about the missing conditions. I believe it is important for Friendlist to be 100% integrated with Rules in order to make full advantage of its features.

Do you have any experience with this Irakli? Or Merc, do you think you can pull one more out on this one?

The screenshot is from adding a new condition to the event "User has logged in".

Hi,

Upgrading this to bug report, since it looks like a bug and I want to give it priority.

I am planning on cosing all existing bugs in FriendList this week. I am postponing work on Drigg for this one... so yeah, it's important.

Thanks Marous,

Merc.
