I love admin_hover. Alas, it doesn't work on the second page of my frontpage view.

This is happening because the pager for this View uses AJAX to load the second page... Admin:hover needs a page-load to loop thru the nodes and blocks on a page and append its links. I will explore ways to remedy this issue, but unfortunately for now, Admin:hover links will work for the second page of your frontpage view only if you go directly to http://baltimoreurbanag.org/?page=1. Sorry for this inconvenience, but thanks for the bug report!
