Apologies for the delay in replying. I'm having a crazy week here.
Great idea about running the default values through t(). I just updated the module and the latest version should be in HEAD.
Also thanks for the translation. I haven't worked with translations yet, but will look into what's required from me to add that to the module (just adding it to the 'po' folder?) and take care of it as soon as I have some time.
I've also got to figure out how to release the module as an actual '1.0' version and not -dev. Still wrapping my head around CVS branches/tags.

pagaille commentedStrings have changed quite a bit since this initial translation was submitted. I've attached a revised version based on vwegert's original translation, but which still contains a few untranslated strings. Would be great if someone (vwegert or another German speaker) could fill in the blanks!

pagaille commentedt() has been added throughout, and translation files are no longer bundled with the module.
