I'm trying to upload image when editing my forum post.
And I've got following error: 

Validation error, please try again. If this error persists, please contact the site administrator.

Extension is ok, file size is small.
I'm editing as admin, owner of this post is normal user.
Nothing in watchdog.
How can I check what's wrong?

There should be info why is validation error. Even I'm uploading the small jpeg.
I don't have any problem with attaching files with other modules.

This error is generated from offline state of the site. Try to put it online. Its works for me.
