Scarcity of tutorials on Arguments in Views

I'm getting reasonably proficient in building views with Views 2. However, Arguments still remains a vast mystery. I have Googled, hunted through Youtube and Drupal Dojo, and even read the new book from the Lullabot team -- But nothing there seem to explain how to use Arguments
Any ideas on how to learn Arguments, or perhaps some website(s) I may have missed?

Did you read all the issues in the issues queue for Views that ask about Arguments? Merlinofchaos has given lots of replies, thats how i picked up most of what i learned, though a lot went over my head as i have little programing knowledge, or better put outdated :).
It may be better to ask for specific cases, which others may be able to help with

subscribing to this as i've been struggling with arguements. I can't seem to get multi-word arguements (single arguement, multiple words with spaces) to work so i've been forced to use term IDs or node IDs.
