The menu created for primary links renders nicely. I have some recommendations.

I think it would be amazing if we had a superfish (suckerfish) region in the same area, allowing us to put any menu in it through block administration (not just primary links). If I remember well Pixture Reloaded has realized this (you may have a look at its code).

If this is not possible to do, why not create a header region in this area so that we could use 'nice menus' or 'dynamic persistent menu' module for this purpose?

See Color Paper Super. Try the menu in the right sidebar. It is a 20 minute change.

I'm sorry as I've been away for studies and freelance works.

I'm back and planning on rewrite for my themes at Drupal.org for more improvements and features.
I've added this feature request to my to-do list and expect it to be done in the next 1-2 weeks.
