Word export should strip out class attributes

This issue had been originally reported in #262323: Word export should respect UTF-8 and strip class attributes.

After a Word download, check the source of the download and you'll see that there is a lot of overhead being downloaded as well: links to nodes, class attributes for table rows, or image tags for sorting columns. There is a patch coming up that strips out all this overhead, resulting in a smaller download file.
