i have several blocks generated by views
if i add the blocks to a panel page,
the css id of the block in the panel page is not the same as it is in other pages
e.g. original id "block-views-news-block_1" becomes "block-views-newsblock_1"
i.e. there is a missing "-" in the id

this also applied to other view display like panel pane
it prevents the global css setting for the block to be applied to it when it's in a pane

do you add a panels pane with the views interface or do you use the viewsall feature of panels '
or do you use the blocks defined by panels?

i created the view and add a block display in views,
then add it to the panel in the panel config page,
and set the block panel to be displayed as system block

Panels 2 is no longer available and is unsupported. Marking all Panels 2 issues won't fix.
