How do I delete a page if the 'Edit' button doesn't work? I am not given the option to delete it. I have 3 items on the 'Node' page that I can't remove that were promoted to the front page. I can view the page of each post, but I can't delete them. I get an error message. Is there some other way to delete them?

If you have admin access you can use the Content section to delete them.
Do you have delete permissions? I would expect if you didn't it wouldn't show the Delete button, but I'm not sure of that. What's the error you get when you try to delete?

When I click on the 'Edit' button, the above error is displayed.
The pages do not show up in the admin content section. It looks like these 3 are corrupted somehow.

Odd. Are you sure they're Node types and not just items posted onto the front page by some module (i.e., the chatroom module referenced in the error)? If you disable Chat Room, does that make a difference?
One is part of a forum post
One is part of a forum post that still exists. Two are where I was testing the chat room module, which no longer exists. it's not even on the server. I deleted it weeks ago.
