Description
Since the version change, there are some elements that are called by different names.
For example, publishers seem to no longer exist in openx.
What is this replaced with - sites or advertisers?
Also, the description of the javascript invocation code is very different from what's found in the README file.
Is the invocation code in the tag now? Maybe the ?n = a3ec6adc part of the delivery url?
